Figure, an AI Robotics company, has announced the close of a US$70 million Series A funding round. The round is led by Parkway Venture Capital and joined by participating investments from Brett Adcock, Aliya Capital, Bold Capital Partners, Tamarack Global, FJ labs, and KUKA Robotics CEO Till Reuter.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Figure in the financing with a corporate team led by Century City partner Steven Stokdyk, with Chicago associate Kristine LaVeau and Los Angeles associate Olivia Pettingill. Advice was also provided on benefits matters by Bay Area partner Jay Metz.
