Latham & Watkins Advises Energy Transfer in US$4 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Energy Transfer LP (NYSE: ET) has announced the pricing of its US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.050% senior notes due 2026, US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.100% senior notes due 2028, US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.400% senior notes due 2030, and US$1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.550% senior notes due 2033 at a price to the public of 99.941%, 99.887%, 99.885%, and 99.886%, respectively, of their face value.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Energy Transfer in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partners Kevin Richardson and Bill Finnegan, with associates Dan Harrist, Janhavi Das, and Kevin Donovan. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Houston partners Tim Fenn and Bryant Lee, with associate Dylan White; and on environmental matters by Los Angeles/Houston partner Joshua Marnitz, with associate Cody Kermanian.
