
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised the leading European investment firm EMZ Partners (EMZ) on the acquisition of a minority stake in SBH Tiefbautechnik GmbH.
SBH Tiefbautechnik is an international manufacturer and rental provider of high-quality shoring systems for civil engineering. Together with EMZ, the management team plans to further expand the rental business, enter additional European markets, and complement growth through targeted strategic acquisitions.
The Latham team was led by Munich Private Equity partners Stephan Hufnagel and Burc Hesse, with associates Philipp Gärtner, Thimo Brand, Julian Glaub, Giulia Zöller, and Franz Pechmann.
