Emergent Cold Latin America, the region’s largest provider of refrigerated storage and logistics solutions, has announced that it has secured US$500 million in equity commitments from new and existing investors. The lead investors in the round were Stonepeak Partners LP, Lineage, and Losa Group.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Emergent Cold Latin America in the transaction with a deal team led by Private Capital partner Nadia Sager, with associates Dylan Carroll, Shreya Patel, Natasha Kalaouze, and Tasbiha Batool. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Eric Cho, with associate Ryan Brenner.
