Latham & Watkins Advises Dynasty Equity in Strategic Minority Investment in Liverpool F.C.

Fenway Sports Group, a global sports, marketing, media, entertainment, and real estate company, has announced that Dynasty Equity, a global sports investment firm, has completed a strategic common equity minority investment in Liverpool F.C.

Latham & Watkins LLC advised Dynasty Equity in the transaction, with an Entertainment, Sports & Media team led by New York partner Frank Saviano and London partner Patrick Mitchell, with New York associate Daniel Weissman, Century City associate Kaitlin Ray, and London associates Ryan Martin, Stewart Robinson, Ogo Anochirionye, and Alastair Mackichan.
