Latham & Watkins LLP has advised world-leading hearing healthcare group Demant A/S on the acquisition of OHRWERK Group, a leading buy-and-build platform for premium hearing acoustics businesses in Germany. Private equity and asset management company NORD Holding UBG mbH was the seller.
