Apollo (NYSE: APO) has announced that Apollo‑managed funds have acquired Maverick Water Group (Maverick), a Houston‑based developer, owner, and operator of alternative non‑potable water systems that serve communities across Texas, from Crosstimbers Capital Group (Crosstimbers).
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Crosstimbers in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partner James Garrett and associate John Daywalt, with associates Armaan Bhimani and Liem‑Lucas Nguyen.
