
CorroHealth, a leading provider of revenue cycle management solutions to health systems and health plans, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement for a strategic investment from Patient Square Capital, a dedicated healthcare investment firm. Current shareholders, including investment funds affiliated with global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG), TT Capital Partners, Sanaka Group, and CorroHealth management, will remain investors, with Patient Square and Carlyle sharing joint control of CorroHealth.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents CorroHealth and Carlyle in the transaction with a M&A team led by Chicago partner Shaun Hartley and Washington, D.C. partners Mariclaire Petty Brewer and Elizabeth More, with associates Dustin Davis and Patrick Loeffler. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner David Raab, and on employee benefits matters by Washington, D.C. partners David Della Rocca and Nikhil Kumar.
