Latham & Watkins Advises Constantia Flexibles on Approximately €2.2 Billion Refinancing

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Austrian-based Constantia Flexibles GmbH, a portfolio company of One Rock Capital Partners, on the refinancing of its existing debt facilities. The transaction comprised a €1.4 billion senior secured term loan B facility, a debut Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of senior secured notes in the amount of €500 million, and a €305 million senior secured revolving credit facility.

The Latham team was led by Capital Markets partners Rüdiger Malaun and Jan Penselin, with associates Peter Neuböck and Tobias Müller. Advice on banking matters was provided by partner Alexandra Hagelüken, with counsel Rainer Adlhart and associates Verena Birke, and Valentin Mezger.
