Latham & Watkins Advises Coalesce Capital in Acquisition of DecisionHR

Coalesce Capital, a private equity firm focused on investing in human capital-driven and technology-enabled services companies, today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in DecisionHR , a national provider of human resources outsourcing solutions.
