Latham & Watkins has advised Ceconomy AG (Ceconomy), which, together with its subsidiary MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group, is one of Europe’s leading omnichannel platforms for consumer electronics, on the issuance of €500 million 6.250% sustainability-linked senior notes due 2029.
