CaTECH Systems (CaTECH), a leading provider of integrated infrastructure services across Canada, announced the acquisition of Envision Technology Group, a leading Overland Park-based provider of critical infrastructure technology services serving data center, industrial, educational, and other critical infrastructure customers throughout the broader United States market.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented CaTECH in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Boston partners Hans Brigham and Laki Triantafylidis, with associates Peter Ernst and Ai Ni Lim.
