Latham & Watkins Advises Carousel Capital on Continuation Vehicle for Ethos Risk Services

Carousel Capital (Carousel) announced the closing of a continuation vehicle to support the next phase of growth for Ethos Risk Services, a national provider of tech-enabled insurance claims investigation and medical management solutions. The continuation vehicle is anchored by a lead investment from Dextra Partners, with Carousel Capital Partners VI providing a significant investment alongside the continuation vehicle.

Latham & Watkins LLP served as both fund and deal counsel to Carousel in the transaction with a multidisciplinary corporate deal team led by Investment Funds partners Matthew Chase and Matthew Wynne, with associates Nick McCoy, Stephanie Niamonitakis, Bolaji Cole, and Blaise Gargiulo, and M&A counsel Jennifer Wong, with associates Lachlan Sievert and Samyung Han.
