
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Carlyle’s global credit platform and SEB as arrangers and lenders on the financing of Axcel’s acquisition of Sangro Medical, a medical technology company serving the European healthcare market. The financing is set up as a unitranche/super senior structure. The transaction is the first platform investment of the Danish private equity investor Axcel in Germany.
