Capstreet, a Houston-based lower middle market private equity firm, announced that it has acquired PlanetBids, a provider of eProcurement software as a service (SaaS) solutions.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Capstreet in the transaction with a deal team led by Houston partner Bruce Herzog and Bay Area partner Navneeta Rekhi, with associates Sarah Loiselle and Olivia Pettingill.
