
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised leading mid‑market investor Bridgepoint on its agreement to acquire the GBA Group, a provider of specialist laboratory testing services, from Ardian.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
