
Brat TV, a digital production company known for its original content aimed at a youthful demographic, announced it has acquired Electric Monster, a next-generation digital media company that focuses on acquiring brand-friendly digital video channels to scale and build their audiences. The combined company will be renamed ZATV.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Brat TV in the transaction with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by New York partner Peyton Worley, with associates Evan Kirsch and Emma Mayberry. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Washington, D.C. partner Andrea Ramezan-Jackson, with associate Nolon Blaylock.
