Beside, an AI voice startup unlocking AI for the real economy by rebuilding the telephony stack around AI, has announced that it has emerged from stealth and raised US$32 million Seed and Series A funding, with participation from EQT Ventures, Index Ventures, Stewart Butterfield (Slack), Clement Delangue (Hugging Face), NextView Ventures, ISAI, Volo Ventures, Factorial Capital, Mathilde Colin (Front), Pierre Valade (Sunrise), and Jean-Charles Samuelian (Alan).
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Beside in the funding rounds with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by New York partner Peyton Worley, with associates Daphne Lambadariou and Hank Balaban. Advice was also provided on data privacy and cybersecurity matters by Bay Area partner Robert Blamires, with associate Kathryn Parsons-Reponte.
