Bending Spoons has announced that it has agreed to acquire the assets of IAC mobile software subsidiary Mosaic Group for an undisclosed sum, subject to closing conditions. Under the terms of the agreement, Bending Spoons will acquire Mosaic Group’s assets, including its digital product suite that contains popular mobile apps such as Clime, Robokiller, and iTranslate, as well as its intellectual property.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Bending Spoons in the transaction with a deal team led by Chicago partners Bradley Faris and Jason Morelli, with associates Jacob Saslow and Dalton Powell, and Milan partners Jeff Lawlis and Marcello Bragliani. Advice was also provided on intellectual property and technology matters by Washington, D.C. partner Morgan Brubaker, with associate Ryan Clore.
