Latham & Watkins has advised BC Partners in signing contracts related to its acquisition of a majority stake in the Fortidia group, a leading global platform providing shipping, fulfilment, and marketing services, from the founding Fiorelli family and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management.
The closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
