
Arch Resources, Inc. (NYSE: ARCH) and CONSOL Energy Inc. (NYSE: CEIX) have announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to combine in an all-stock merger of equals to create Core Natural Resources, a premier North American natural resource company focused on global markets.
