Latham & Watkins LLP has advised pan-European mid-market private debt investor Apera Asset Management on the refinancing of CSP GmbH, a portfolio company of funds advised by EOS Partners GmbH. CSP is a prominent provider of mission-critical IoT software solutions for high-volume, complex manufacturing industries. The financing was structured by way of a unitranche facility.
The Latham team was led by Munich finance partner Thomas Weitkamp, with counsel Martina Eisgruber, and associates Johanna Wörle and Thomas Stüber.
