Latham & Watkins Advises AMD on Acquisition of MEXT

AMD has announced it has acquired MEXT, a pioneer in AI‑driven memory optimization technology. The acquisition adds to AMD’s ability to deliver differentiated, full‑stack compute and AI solutions. By integrating MEXT’s technology across the AMD data center portfolio, the companies expect to help enterprise customers unlock greater value from their infrastructure investments while accelerating AI deployment.
