
Adaptive Insurance, the climate resilience company building AI-driven specialty insurance and technology solutions, has announced the close of an additional US$5 million in financing from new and existing investors. The financing will accelerate the development and distribution of products designed to address the growing risks related to climate and weather events.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Adaptive Insurance in the transaction with a corporate team led by New York partner Peyton Worley and New York counsel Evan Kirsch, with associates Andres Medina Jordan and Martin Lazzaro.
