Acrotec Group is a manufacturer of high-precision components and Mebus MIM-Technik is a leading specialist in metal/ceramic injection molding technology for the production of surgical instruments.
Latham & Watkins recently advised Acrotec Group on its acquisition of Friedrich Daniels GmbH, a leading manufacturer of surgical instruments and complete solutions.
