Latham advised Moss Lake Operating LLC, a project developer and logistics services company focused on sourcing, transporting, storing, and marketing critical commodities, in structuring its convertible security and preferred equity offerings of US$90 million or more, to finance its development of a suite of infrastructure assets. These projects are aimed at linking low-cost producing regions in the US with high-demand consumer markets, while seeking to ensure maximum value, optionality, and flexibility to its customers and strategic partners.
