Neuberger Capital Solutions has announced a structured investment in Farsound Aviation, alongside private equity firm Onex Partners. Founded in 1986, Farsound is a leading global supply chain solutions provider for the aerospace engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) market. The Company sources, stocks, and manages inventory for C‑parts and other consumable components for aerospace engine overhauls. The investment by Neuberger Capital Solutions will support the Company’s overall mission to provide strategic supply chain management and value‑added services globally to leading engine MRO providers.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Neuberger Capital Solutions in the transaction with a team led by Stelios Saffos, Global Chair of Latham’s Capital Markets and Hybrid Capital practices, Peter Sluka, Global Co‑Chair of the Hybrid Capital Practice, and partner Andrew Blumenthal, with associates Claire Solimine, Yulong Li, and Gordon Wilford.
