
Datavant, the data collaboration platform trusted for healthcare, New Mountain Capital, Neuberger, and KKR have announced that funds managed by Neuberger Capital Solutions, along with Neuberger Private Markets (collectively, Neuberger), and investment funds and accounts managed by KKR have agreed to acquire a significant minority stake in Datavant (the Company). New Mountain Capital, which has been an investor in Datavant since 2014, will retain its control position in the Company.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Neuberger and KKR in the transaction with a team led by partners Stelios Saffos, Global Chair of Latham’s Capital Markets and Hybrid Capital practices, Peter Sluka, Global Co-Chair of the Hybrid Capital Practice, and Andrew Blumenthal, with associates Claire Solimine, Elina Stavropoulou, Ari Anderson, and Gordon Wilford.
