Latham & Watkins has advised UniCredit as documentation agent on a €500 million syndicated financing for the Nemetschek Group, a global provider of software solutions for the construction and media industries. The new credit facility replaces the existing bilateral credit facilities originally signed in 2020. Led by UniCredit and Bayerische Landesbank, the syndicate includes BNP Paribas, Citibank, Commerzbank, DZ BANK, HSBC, and JPMorgan.
The Latham team was led by Frankfurt partner Alexandra Hagelüken, with associate Anastasia Dressler. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Munich partner Ulf Kieker, with Hamburg associate Julia Wenzel.
