London team represents lead investor on fundraising of commercial solar platform.
Latham & Watkins has advised Transition on the US$3.2 million seed funding round of Volter, which is building a complete solar operating system for commercial and industrial (C&I) real estate.
Transition VC led the round, with participation from Seedcamp and Neptunia.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Venice Ma.
