Latham & Watkins has advised TPG, a leading global alternative asset management firm, on a strategic partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, to support the growth of their AI data center business, HyperVault.
The investment will support HyperVault’s GW-scale AI-ready infrastructure build and aligns with TCS’ plan to create AI-ready data centers with capacity in excess of a GW over the next few years.
The Latham team was led by Hong Kong partner Richard Watkins and Singapore partner Sharon Lau, with associate Tommy Tan.
