Latham & Watkins has advised Tabby, the MENA region’s leading financial services and shopping app, on its Series E financing round, achieving a valuation of US$3.3 billion.
The round was led by existing investors Blue Pool Capital and Hassana Investment Company, with participation from Wellington Management and STV.
Latham also advised on Tabby on its Series D financing in October 2023. Since then, the company has almost doubled its annualized transaction volumes to over US$10 billion while growing profitability.
The Latham team was led by Dubai counsel Omar Maayeh, with partner Eyad Latif, and associates Stephanie Dang and Michael Hammond.
