Latham & Watkins advised Spandex, one of the world’s leading suppliers of materials, sign systems, displays, and equipment to the sign making, graphics, and vehicle wrapping markets, on its refinancing by a consortium of banks.
The Latham team was led by Frankfurt partner Alexandra Hagelüken and Munich partner Thomas Weitkamp, with Munich counsel Rainer Adlhart. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Munich partner Ulf Kieker.
