
Latham & Watkins has advised SILQ, the Saudi B2B e‑commerce and fintech platform, on a US$75 million Shariah‑compliant financing facility from Fasanara Capital.
This facility will help expand access to working capital for SMEs across Saudi Arabia through financing solutions embedded directly into the digital platforms businesses rely on every day.
