Latham & Watkins has advised Shift4, a leader in integrated payments and commerce technology, in its acquisition of Bambora North America, Worldline’s North American subsidiaries.
The contemplated transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to usual customary approvals.
The Latham team acted as French counsel to Shift4, and was led by Paris corporate partner Alexander Crosthwaite. Advice was also provided on employment matters by partner Matthias Rubner.
