Latham & Watkins has advised RTP Global as lead co-investor on the £62.5 million Series A funding round of Yonder, a modern lifestyle rewards credit card platform.
The round was led by RTP Global and Northzone, with participation from a number of angel investors and existing shareholders.
The Latham team was led by London partners Mike Turner and Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Peacock and Róisín Mbonu.
