Latham & Watkins has advised Raine Partners, The Raine Group’s flagship growth equity strategy, on its minority investment in Castore, a premium UK sportswear brand and technology-enabled, end-to-end digital platform for global sports teams. Raine Partners led the £145 million investment round.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partners Farah O’Brien and Lisbeth Savill, with associates Jon Fox, Oscar Ko, Andrew Lee, and Nick Boulter. Advice on entertainment, sport and media matters was provided by London counsel Rachael Astin and associate Aisha Babalakin.
