Latham Advises ONEOK on US$9 Billion Minority Equity Investment to Fund Brazos Midstream Acquisition and Debt Repayment Program

ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) has announced that it has entered into an agreement with Apollo and affiliates for a US$9 billion minority equity investment to fund ONEOK’s acquisition of Brazos Midstream’s Permian Basin natural gas gathering and processing business and the repayment or repurchase of existing ONEOK indebtedness.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised ONEOK on the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partners Ryan Maierson, David Miller, and Clayton Heery, with associates Ziyad Barghouthy, Catherine Lynch, Armaan Bhimani, Victoria Wade, Liem-Lucas Nguyen, and Marvin Thiele.
