Latham Advises on Vylor Inc.’s Investment Grade Senior Notes Offerings Totaling US$1.1 Billion

Vylor Inc. has closed US$550 million of 5.125% senior notes due 2031 and $550 million of 5.625% senior notes due 2036, the proceeds of which are to fund a cash distribution to its parent company, Corteva Inc., ahead of its upcoming spinoff.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the initial purchasers in the offerings with a Capital Markets team led by partners Byron Rooney and Jenn Lan, with associates Jackie Stern, Jenny Li, and Jen Kim.
