Latham & Watkins has advised the Joint Global Coordinators on SoftBank Group’s issuance of US$900 million 7.625% hybrid notes due 2061, US$1.1 billion 8.25% hybrid notes due 2065, and €750 million hybrid notes due 2062. The notes have been listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
The Latham team was led by London partners Francesco Lione and Manoj Tulsiani, with Tokyo partner Hiroaki Takagi and London associates Carolina Gori and Caroline Koller with assistance from Sukhmani Kaur.
