Latham Advises on Significant Financing for Proofpoint

Proofpoint, a global leader in human and agent cybersecurity, has completed a maturity extension for the company’s first lien facilities. Pursuant to the amendment, Proofpoint extended the maturity for its existing revolving credit facility and US$4.3 billion of its existing term loans, in each case, by two years.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the administrative agent and arrangers in the amendment with a banking team led by partner Alfred Xue, Global Vice Chair of Latham’s Banking & Private Credit Practice, and counsel Preeta Paragash, with associates Amishi Magdani, Yoojin DeNiro, and Korede Esan.
