
Latham & Watkins has advised the issuer on the HK$1.14 billion initial public offering (IPO) of RIGOL Technologies, a leading Chinese electronic test and measurement instrument company. RIGOL Technologies is the largest PRC electronic test and measurement instrument provider and ranked eighth globally in terms of revenue in 2025. Its A Shares have been listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s STAR Market with the stock code of 688337.
The global offering consists of 24,802,200 H shares at a price of HK$45.98 per Share on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX).
The Latham team was led by Hong Kong corporate partners Daying Zhang and Mandy Wong, with associates Chimmy Tao, Caroline Lin, Jonathan Leung, Marie Lim, Jenny Zhang, Yi Wang, and Wincy Yim, and senior paralegal Amy Tai.
