
Latham & Watkins has advised NATO Innovation Fund (NIF) on the US$15 million Series A funding round of RevEng.AI, a cybersecurity company building the binary-native verification layer for the software supply chain.
The round was led by NATO Innovation Fund with participation from Sands Capital, In-Q-Tel (IQT), IQ Capital, and Episode One.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Toni Adejuyigbe and Kathleen Teo.
