
Irth Solutions (Irth), a leading provider of enterprise software for critical energy and infrastructure companies, has closed its acquisition by TPG, a leading global alternative asset management firm. TPG acquired Irth through TPG Growth, the firm’s middle market and growth equity platform, from Blackstone Energy Transition Partners.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the private debt financing sources in the transaction with a team led by Stelios Saffos, Global Chair of Latham’s Capital Markets Practice, and partners Peter Sluka and Marcela Ruenes, with associate Jun Lei Lee and assistance from Ryan Ng. Advice was also provided on uniform commercial code matters by partner Brian Rock; and on tax matters by partner Aaron Bernstein, with associate Kathryn Harrington.
