Qualus Corporation has announced that Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. has completed its acquisition of the company from New Mountain Capital. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the private credit financing sources supporting the acquisition with a team led by Stelios Saffos, Global Chair of Latham’s Capital Markets and Hybrid Capital practices, and partners Jesse Sheff, Jason Bosworth, Peter Sluka, Brandon Anderson, Conray Tseng, Andrew Blumenthal, and Mohammed Shaheen, with associates Michael Harris, Tulika Sinha, and Adam Weber.
