Latham Advises on Post Holdings’ US$1.3 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Post Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: POST), a consumer-packaged goods holding company, has announced the pricing of its previously announced senior notes offering. The company priced US$1.3 billion in aggregate principal amount of 6.50% senior notes due 2036 at par. The Notes offering is expected to close on December 15, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents the initial purchasers in the offering with a Capital Markets team led by partners Ian Schuman and Benjamin Stern, with associates Claire Solimine, Elina Stavropoulou, and Sam Berry. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Aaron Bernstein, with assistance from George Yu; and on regulatory matters by partner Andrew Galdes.
