Latham & Watkins has advised the book‑running lead manager, Motilal Oswal, on the US$81 million follow‑on equity offering by Ola Electric, one of India’s leading manufacturers of electric vehicles (EVs).
Latham also previously advised Ola Electric on its US$730 million IPO in August 2024.
The Latham team was led by Singapore corporate partner Rajiv Gupta, with associates Sirada Chayabunjonglerd, Margarita del Rosario, Jay Watanatornpitak, and Nathanael Po.
