Latham Advises on Mastercard’s Notes Offerings Totaling US$5 Billion

Mastercard Incorporated has closed an offering of US$500 million floating‑rate notes due 2028, US$1.25 billion 4.325% notes due 2028, US$1.15 billion 4.425% notes due 2029, US$1.35 billion 4.600% notes due 2031, and US$750 million 5.000% notes due 2036.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the underwriters in the offerings with a Capital Markets team led by Stelios Saffos, Global Chair of Latham’s Capital Markets Practice, and partner Andrew Baker, with associates Shawn Quinn, Molly Mitchell, Michelle Zheleznyakov, and assistance from Jackson Davenport.
