Latham & Watkins has advised the banks and the institutional infrastructure investors on the financing of Quartz Healthcare, a portfolio company of an infrastructure fund managed by InfraVia Capital Partners. The financing comprises committed floating and fixed rate loan instruments in an amount of approximately €121 million and includes an incremental debt option to support the group’s further growth.
The Latham team was led by Frankfurt finance partner Sibylle Münch, with partner Alexandra Hagelüken, associates Ralph Dräger, Kate Zhu, and André Traute, and Munich associate Philipp Guggeis. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Munich partner Ulf Kieker with Hamburg associate Julia Wenzel.
