
Latham & Watkins has advised on HELLENiQ ENERGY Finance PLC’s offering of €450 million 4.25% guaranteed notes due 2029 and a concurrent tender offer to purchase certain of its outstanding €599.9 million 2.000% Notes due 2024. The notes were issued pursuant to Regulation S and were listed on Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Alpha Bank, Citigroup, Eurobank, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, HSBC, National Bank of Greece, and Piraeus Bank acted as the managers in the new offering and the dealer managers in the tender offer.
